Suji ki kheer

Ingredients:
  1.  Suji (semolina): 3 tablesppons,
  2.  Sugar: 3 tablespoons,
  3.  Ghee or oil: 1 teaspoon, 
  4.  Milk: ½ litre,
  5.  Dry fruits: for garnish.
Method:
                

Step 1: Heat a pan, add suji in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Stir continuously. Add ghee in it and cook it for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Now add sugar in it and slow the flame. Add milk in it and cook it for 4-5 minutes or till boil on high flame or till thicked.
Suji ki kheer is ready to serve. 
Garnish kheer with dry fruits and serve.

Suji ki kheer is very easy and quick recipe.
