Veggie cheese grilled sandwich

Ingredients:

  1.  8 bread slices, 
  2.  2-3 tsp mayonnaise (or as per your requirement),
  3.  1 chopped onion,            
  4.  1 chopped capsicum,                    
  5.  ¼ cup grated cabbage,
  6.  1 finely chopped tomato,
  7.  Salt to taste,
  8.  ½ tsp black pepper powder,
  9.  ½ tsp chat masala,
  10.  ½ tsp oregano,
  11.  Chilli flakes to taste,
  12.  Butter,
  13.  Tomato sauce,
  14.  Processed cheese (grated),
  15.  Mozzarella cheese (grated).
Method:
step 1: Take a bowl add all the vegetables , mayonnaise , chat masala, salt,  black pepper powder, oregano, chilli flakes in it and mix it well.
step 2: Take a bread slice, apply tomato sauce(or green chutney) on one side of  bread and then apply this mixture on it and spread processed cheese and mozzarella cheese and  cover it with another slice. Apply butter on the outer sides of the bread. Do same with other bread slices.
step 3:  Place the sandwich on grill and grill till both sides are golden. 
step 4: Take out the sandwich cut it in triangle shape and serve hot.
Add cheese according to your cheese. Always try to cook food with love and relax mind. I believe it may effect us and to whom we serve food.
