Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1.  1 cup refined flour (maida),
2.  ½ cup sugar,
3.  ¼ cup oil,
4.  ½cup curd,                                            
5.  ¼ cup  water,
6.  ¼ cup cocoa powder,
7.  ¼ tsp vanilla essence,
8.  ½ tsp baking powder,
9.  ½tsp baking soda,
10.  1 tsp cornflour,
11.  1 tsp vinegar.                   
    

Method:

step 1:  Add curd, sugar, oil, water and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix it well.

step 2:  Add refined flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour in step 1 and mix it well.

step 3:  Add vinegar in the mixture.

step 4:  Pre-heat microwave at 170° C.
step 5:  Pour batter in mould.
step 6:  Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
step 7:  Cool it down and serve.

Note: Sieve refined flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour in different bowl so that it mix properly.
