Ingredients:
  1.  Poha: 2cup,
  2.  Oil or ghee: 1-2 tablespoon,
  3.  Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoon(chopped),
  4.  Peanuts: ½ cup,
  5.  Lemon: ½,
  6.  Curry leaves: 8-10 leaves,
  7.  Green chilli: 1 (finely chopped),
  8.  Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon,
  9.  Salt: ¾ teaspoon (or to taste),
  10.  Sugar: 1½ teaspoon.
Method:
                    

Step1: Rinse poha.
Step2: Add salt and sugar in it, mix it well and rest it for 15 minutes.
Step3: Heat a pan, add 1 teaspoon oil in it. Now add peanuts in it and roast them till crispy, stir constantly. Transfer peanuts in different bowl.
Step4: Now, heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan and add mustard seeds, green chilli, turmeric powder and curry leaves in it and cook it for a while.
Step5: Add poha in it and mix it. Cook it for 2 minutes.
Step6: Poha is ready, squeeze lemon juice to it . Add peanuts and transfer poha in serving bowl.
Garnish poha with coriander leaves and serve poha.
