Green chutney

Green chutney:

Ingredients:
  1.  Coriander leaves: 1 cup,
  2.  Mint leaves: ½ cup,
  3.  Green chillies: 2-3,
  4.  Ginger: ½ inch,
  5.  Garlic: 4-5 cloves,
  6.  Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon,
  7.  Roasted bengal grams: 1 tablespoon,
  8.  Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon,                        
  9.  Salt: ½ teaspoon or to taste. 

Method:

Step 1: Take a grinder jar and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and salt and grind it well.
Step 2: Now, add roasted bengal grams in it and again grind it well.
Step 3: Then, add lemon water in it and grind it well to make a paste. Add little water in it and grind.
Green chutney is ready to serve. Transfer green chutney in bowl and serve with pakoras. It can also be used in sandwich and with dahi bhalla.

Green chutney is very easy to make, you just need to follow these simple steps. Green chutney tastes very good. You can serve green chutney with pakoras or any other snacks. Green chutney can also be used in sandwiches. Green chutney is also used in dahi bhalla. Green chutney helps to enhance the taste of snacks.

➧ You can also use cumin seed powder or make cumin seed powder separately and then add it in chutney for ease.
Better to make fresh chutney every time you need rather than storing.
