Rava idli (semolina idli)

Rava idli (semolina idli):

Ingredients:
  1.  Semolina (suji): 1½ cup,
  2.  Curd: 1½ cup,
  3.  Salt: 1 teaspoon,
  4.  Eno: ¾ teaspoon,
  5.  Oil: to grease.                       
Method:

Step 1: Take a big bowl, add semolina, curd and salt in it and mix it well. Add ¼ cup water in it and mix it. Cover it with lid and rest it for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Grease the idli mould with oil.
Step 3: Now add eno in batter and mix it well. Transfer batter in idli mould.
Step 4: Add little water in cooker. Place idli mould in it and cook it for 15-20 minutes on low flame. Remove whistle of cooker before cooking.
Step 5: Rava idli is ready. Take out rava idli and serve.
Serve rava idli with chutney.
