Sweet Bun

Ingredients:

  1.  Refined flour (maida): 2 cups,
  2.  Butter: 2 tablespoons,
  3.  Castor sugar: 2 tablespoons,
  4.  Dry active yeast: 1 teaspoon,
  5.  Salt: ½ teaspoon,
  6.  Milk: ¾ cup,
  7.  Tutti frutti: ¼ cup.                                          

Method:
Step 1: Sieve refined flour in a big bowl and add castor sugar, salt and yeast in it and mix it. Now, add milk and mix it well to prepare a soft dough, add little more flour if dough is sticky. Add water if needed. Cover dough with a cloth and rest it for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Knead the dough again for 5 minutes then add butter and tutti frutti again knead the dough well to mix the butter. 
Step 3: Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
Step 4: Pre-heat microwave at 180ºC.
Step 5: Grease the pan and place sweet bun balls in it. Cover balls with a cloth and rest it for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 6: Brush some milk on buns, and bake buns for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7: Take out buns and brush some butter on buns.
Sweet buns are ready to serve.

You can garnish buns by sprinkling some extra tutti frutti before baking. Brushing butter on buns give extra taste and shine to sweet buns. Sweet buns are very good in taste and everyone loves sweet buns. Serve buns with tea or as you like. Sweet buns are very easy to make you just need to follow these simple steps and your yummy sweet buns are ready.
If you have dry yeast then take a bowl add little water, yeast and a pinch of sugar and microwave it for 10 seconds.
