Chocolate cake (veg):

Ingredients:
  1.  Refined flour (maida): 1½ cup,
  2.  Castor sugar: 1 cup,
  3.  Curd: ¾ cup,
  4.  Ghee or refined oil: ½ cup,
  5.  Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons,
  6.  Baking powder: 1 teaspoon,
  7.  Baking soda: ½ teaspoon.      
Method:
Step 1: Sieve refined flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and keep it aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl add ghee and castor sugar in it and mix it for 5-7 minutes to make it soft.
Step 3: Add refined flour mixture(step 1) in ghee and castor sugar mixture(step 2) and mix it very well.
Step 4: Now, add curd in batter (step 3) and mix it very well for about 5-6 minutes.
Step 5: Pre-heat microwave at 180ºC.
Step 6: Grease a mould with oil or ghee. Transfer batter in mould and bake cake for about 40-45 minutes. If cake is not baked yet then you can bake it for more time accordingly. 

(you can check cake is baked properly or not with the help of toothpick, insert toothpick in cake if cake sticks to toothpick that means you need to bake it for more time if not that means your cake is ready.)
Chocolate cake is ready. Cool down cake and cut it into pieces and serve.
You can also make cake in cooker:
Step:  Place a stand in cooker and then place a mould over it and
remove the whistle of cooker. Now bake it for 5 minutes on high flame and then bake it for about 40 minutes on low flame. This type of stand you can use as shown in pic ➨

If you are using silicon mould you don't need to grease the mould. Otherwise grease the mould before transferring the batter.  


Chocolate cake is very easy and simple recipe you just need to follow these simple steps.
You can keep cake in fridge in a container and serve for about week.
