Fresh mango pulpy juice

Fresh mango pulpy juice (frooti, maaza)

Ingredients:
  1.  Ripe mango: 700 grms                                       
  2.  Raw mango: 350 grms
  3.  Sugar: 2.5 cups or 500 grms
Method:

Step 1: Peel ripe and raw mango and cut them into pieces. 
Step 2: Put a pan on heat, add 1 cup water and add mangoes in it. Boil mangoes till soft(take about 8-10 minutes).
Step 3: Add sugar and 1 cup water in it and mix it well. Cook till sugar mixes well in it. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
Step 4: Sieve mango pieces and keep mango water aside and grind mango pieces (add little water to grind properly) properly. Then, add this mango pulp into mango water. Now, again sieve this mango mix and add about 2 litre water in it and mix well.
Mango juice is ready to serve add ice cubes in it and serve.

For better taste store mango juice in fridge and allow it to cool properly then serve.

You can add water according to your choice if you want more pulpy then add less water and if you want less pulpy then you can add more water.

So just follow these simple steps to make fresh frooti or maaza at home. Homemade recipes are always good in taste and health than one we buy from market. Once you drink this homemade mango juice you will never buy again from market.
