Aam panna

Ingredients:
  1.  Raw mango: 4 (500grm),
  2.  Sugar: ¾ cup,
  3.  Mint leaves: ½ cup,
  4.  Black salt: 3 tspn,
  5.  Roasted cumin powder: 3 tspn,
  6.  Black pepper: 10-12,
  7.  Ginger: ½ inch,
  8.  Soaked fennel: 2 tspn(soak for 2 hours),        
  9.  Cardamom powder: ½ tspn.                     
Method: 
Step 1: Peel mangoes and cut them in small pieces and remove seeds.
Step 2: Put a pan on flame add 2 cups of water in it and add mango pieces, black pepper and ginger in it, let it boil until mango pieces become soft(will take about 10 minutes). Turn off flame and allow mango pulp to cool.
Step 3:  Now transfer mango pulp in mixture jar and grind it properly along with fennel seeds and sugar.
Step 4: Sieve mango pulp in a big jar or container or vessel and discard extra mango fiber.
Step 5: Take mint leaves and a cup of water in a mixture jar and churn it.
Step 6: Now add this mint mixture(step5) in mango pulp(step4), also add cardamom powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder in it and 5 cups of water and mix it well.
Aam panna is ready to serve. Add ice cubes in glass and pour aam panna in it and serve.

If you like more sweet then you can add more sugar in it. You can also add more water if you feel it little spicy.

Aam panna is very easy to make and tastes very good. Aam panna is also good for health as it contains vitamin and mineral. Aam panna is a refreshing summer drink.
