Pasta in white sauce

Ingredients: 

  1.  Pasta,                        
  2.  Oil 1 tsp,
  3.  Salt to taste,
  4.  Baby corn chopped,                
  5.    Bell peppers chopped,
  6.  Mushrooms chopped,
  7.  Carrot chopped,
  8.  Capsicum chopped,
  9.  Black pepper powder 1 tsp or to taste,
  10.  Oregano 1 tsp or to taste,
  11.  Chilli flakes, 
  12.  Butter 2 spoons (for white sauce),
  13.  Refined flour 2 spoons, 
  14.  Milk 300 grms.
Method: 
step 1:  Boil water in a utensil and add paste in it and add a tsp of oil and salt in it. Let it cook for nearly 15 minutes or until soft. 
step 2:  Then strain the pasta by allowing it to pass through cold water so that it don't stick. Rinse pasta with cold water properly. 
step 3:  Heat oil in a wok and add all the vegetables in wok and fry them.
step 4:  Add salt, pepper, oregano into it. Cover the wok with lid and cook the vegetables.
step 5:  Take a pan and heat a butter in it, add refined flour and stir constantly until there is a slight change in a color. Now add milk in it and stir it, make a smooth lump free sauce.
step 6:  Now add vegetables and pasta in the sauce and mix it properly. Pasta is ready to serve. Turn off the flame. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on it and serve.
 You can add vegetables of your choice.
