Baked cheese rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cup cooked(boiled) rice,
- 1 medium onions, finely chopped,
- 1 medium carrot, finely chopped,
- 1 medium green capsicum, finely chopped,
- 4-5 mushrooms chopped,
- 1 tomato, finely chopped,
- 4 tablespoon oil,
- Salt to taste,
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder,
- 1 tspn oregano,
- 1 tspn red chilli flakes,
- 2 tspn tomato sauce,
- 2-3 tspn mayo,
- salt to taste,
- Processed cheese,
- Mozzarella cheese.
Method:
step 1: Heat oil in a wok. Add all the vegetables in it and cook it well.
step 2: Add salt, black pepper powder, oregano, red chilli flakes, tomata sauce and mix thoroughly.
step 3: Add boiled rice in it and mix it well. Now add mayo in it and mix it properly and turn off the flame.
step 4: Take a baking try and grease it with oil if needed and put half of the cooked rice in it and flat it with the help of spatula or spoon and cover it with processed cheese and mozzarella cheese and then cover it with rest of the rice and again cover it with processed cheese and mozzarella cheese
step 5: Pre-heat microwave at 180° C and place the tray in microwave and bake it for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts. Take out the tray and baked cheese rice is ready to serve.
Enjoy yummy baked cheese rice with your friends and family.
You can add spices according to your taste. Add vegetables of your choice.
