Paneer Cutlet

Paneer Cutlets
Ingredients:

  1.  Potato 1 boiled and mashed,
  2.  ½ onion finely chopped,
  3.   Coriander leaves,    
  4.  ½ tsp chat masala,
  5.  ½ tsp oil,
  6.  1 cup bread crumbs (visit link to learn how to make bread crumbs bread crumbs),
  7.  1 small piece of ginger, finely chopped,
  8.  300g paneer (grated),
  9.  Chopped cabbage ½ cup,
  10.   ½ capsicum finely chopped,
  11.  ½ carrot finely chopped,
  12.  ½ tsp garam masala,
  13.  2 green chillies finely chopped,
  14.  4 tbsp gram flour,
  15.  ¼ tsp raw mango powder (amchoor powder),
  16.  Salt to taste.
Method:
step 1: Heat a oil in pan and add ginger, onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chillies in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes, don't overcook it.
step 2: Take a blow add paneer, chat masala, coriander leaves, garam masala, amchoor powder, salt, cooked vegetables(step1) and potato and mix it properly.
step 3: Shape the mixture into cutlets.
step 4: Take a bowl add gram flour, water(1 cup) and salt in it and mix it. And prepare a batter.
step 5: Dip the cutlets in batter and then into bread crumbs.
step 6: Fry the cutlets in oil till golden brown. And serve them.
