Paneer Cutlets
Ingredients:
step 1: Heat a oil in pan and add ginger, onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chillies in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes, don't overcook it.
step 2: Take a blow add paneer, chat masala, coriander leaves, garam masala, amchoor powder, salt, cooked vegetables(step1) and potato and mix it properly.
step 3: Shape the mixture into cutlets.
step 4: Take a bowl add gram flour, water(1 cup) and salt in it and mix it. And prepare a batter.
step 5: Dip the cutlets in batter and then into bread crumbs.
step 6: Fry the cutlets in oil till golden brown. And serve them.

- ½ onion finely chopped,
- Coriander leaves,
- ½ tsp chat masala,
- ½ tsp oil,

- 1 small piece of ginger, finely chopped,
- 300g paneer (grated),
- Chopped cabbage ½ cup,
- ½ capsicum finely chopped,
- ½ carrot finely chopped,
- ½ tsp garam masala,
- 2 green chillies finely chopped,
- 4 tbsp gram flour,
- ¼ tsp raw mango powder (amchoor powder),
- Salt to taste.
