Vegetable noodles

Vegetable Noodles
Ingredients:

  1.  Boiled noodles: 400 grm,
  2.  Capsicum: 1 - striped,
  3.  Cabbage: ½ cup - grated,    
  4.  Onion: 1 sliced,
  5.  Carrot: 1 - grated or sliced,
  6.  Soy sauce: 1 spoon,
  7.  Vinegar: 1 spoon, 
  8.  Salt to taste,
  9.  Black pepper powder to taste,
  10.  Oil 1 spoon.
Method:
step 1: Put a wok on a flame and add oil in it .
step 2: Add all the vegetables in it and cook (stir)them(keep the vegetables undercook).
step 3: Now add boiled noodles, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce in it and cook(stir) it well. Then, add vinegar in it and cook it. And serve.
How to boil noodles: put a pan on flame add water in it. Then add salt(1 tsp) and oil(1 tsp) in it and add noodles in it. Boil the noodles (boil 90%). Take off the pan from flame and strain the noodles and keep noodles in cold water for some time. After some time drain the water from noodles.
You can add any vegetables of your choice.
