Veg Momos
Ingredients:

  1.  Refined flour: 1 cup(125 grms),
  2.  Oil: 2 tsp,
  3.  Cabbage: 1(300-350 grms) grated,
  4.  Carrot: 1(50-60 grms) grated,
  5.  Green coriander: 2 tsp finely chopped,
  6.  Green chilli: 1 finely chopped,
  7.  Ginger grated,
  8.  Salt to taste.
Method:
step 1: Take a bowl add refined flour and salt(¼ spn) in it and prepare a soft dough by adding water in it. Rest it for 20 minutes and cover it with wet cloth.
step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, green chilli, cabbage, carrot, green coriander and cook it for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
step 3: Knead the dough. Make small balls of dough and roll the ball with rolling pin into big disc(2.5 to 3 inches). And filling in it and make a shape.
step 4: Steam momos for 15 minutes. And serve hot momos with sauce or momos chutney.
