How to make tomato chutney for momos

Tomato chutney for momos
Ingredients:

  1.  Tomatoes: 3 (200 grms) chopped,
  2.  Red chillies: 4,      
  3.  Oil: 1 tsp,
  4.  Coriander powder: 1 tsp,
  5.  Cumin seeds: 1 tsp,
  6.  Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp,
  7.  Salt to taste or 1 tsp,
  8.  Ginger: 1 inch chopped,
  9.  Asafoetida(hing): ½ tsp.
Method:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger, Asafoetida, coriander powder, tomato, red chillies, salt and add ¼ cup water and cook it for 5 minutes(or till soft) on low flame. And allow it to cool.
step 2:  Grind the mixture. Transfer the chutney in bowl and ready to serve.
