Tomato chutney for momos
Ingredients:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger, Asafoetida, coriander powder, tomato, red chillies, salt and add ¼ cup water and cook it for 5 minutes(or till soft) on low flame. And allow it to cool.
step 2: Grind the mixture. Transfer the chutney in bowl and ready to serve.

- Tomatoes: 3 (200 grms) chopped,
- Red chillies: 4,
- Oil: 1 tsp,
- Coriander powder: 1 tsp,
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp,
- Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp,
- Salt to taste or 1 tsp,
- Ginger: 1 inch chopped,
- Asafoetida(hing): ½ tsp.
