How to make paneer Do Pyaza

Paneer Do Pyaza
Ingredients:

  1.  Oil:  4-5 tspn,
  2.  Onion: 2-3 finely chopped,     
  3.  6-7 green chillies slit,
  4.  1 tspn cumin seeds,
  5.  1 tspn turmeric powder,
  6.  1 tspn coriander powder,
  7.  1 tomato,
  8.  1 capiscum,
  9.  1 tspn kasoori meethi(dried fenugreek leaves),
  10.  1 onion cube shape,
  11.  1 cup paneer (cottage cheese),
  12.  Cashew nuts 6-7 crushed or powder (optional),
  13.  Salt to taste,
  14.  Ginger garlic paste: 1 tspn,
  15.  Red chilli powder: 1 tspn.
Method:
step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds , then add chopped onion, salt, turmeric and cook it for 5-6 minutes on low flame. Then, add ginger garlic paste and cook. Then add green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder and cook it till onions cooked properly and add little water.
step 2: Prepare a tomato and capsicum paste. Then add this paste in pan (step 1) and cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame. And add good amount of water say ½ or 1 cup.
step 3: Add onion cubes , add kasoori methi, add paneer , add cashew nuts powder , add cream(1-2 spoon optional). Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Paneer Do pyaza is ready to serve.
Fry the paneer. If paneer is home made then there is no need to fry.
