Eggless Brownie
Ingredients:
step 1: Take a bowl add dark chocolate and butter in it and microwave it for 10-15 seconds. Take it out from microwave and mix it well.
step 2: Add caster sugar, vanilla essence in it(in step1) and mix it properly.
step 3: Sieve refined flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add walnuts in it and mix it. Now, slowly add this in the chocolate mixture(in step2) and mix it properly.
step 4: Add milk in it and again mix it properly.
step 5: Preheat the microwave at 180° C. Pour the batter in a silicon cake mould (till ¾ level) and bake it for about 30-40 minutes. After that take it out , let it cool and then take out from mould. Cut it in pieces and serve.
You can use chocolate syrup as topping if you want.

- 1 cup caster sugar,
- 1 tsp vanilla essence,
- 1½ cups refined flour,
- 2 tsp baking powder,
- ½ cup milk,
- ½ cup walnut chopped.
