Doughnuts (simple)
Ingredients:

  1.  Sugar: 15 grms,
  2.  Dry yeast: 7 grms,     
  3.  Water: 50 ml,
  4.  Milk: 70 ml,
  5.  Salt: 5 gms,
  6.  Curd (to replace 1 egg),
  7.  Refined flour: 250 grms,
  8.  Butter: 15 grms,
  9.  Castor sugar & cinnamon powder (to coat): 50 grms.
Method:
step 1: Take a bowl and add sugar, dry yeast, salt, water, milk, curd  and mix it well.
step 2: Add refined flour in it , mix it well and prepare a dough and kneading for 5-7 minutes(if dough is sticky add more flour to prepare proper dough). Now, add butter in it and again kneading for about 3 minutes. Rest it for about 30 minutes and cover it with a wet cloth, after 30 minutes give a knock(punch the dough) and again rest it for 30 minutes(again cover with wet cloth ).
step 3: Take the dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin into about ½ inch sheet and cut into the shape. Then transfer the doughnuts into tray and rest it for 10-15 minutes to rise.
step 4: Heat the oil in pan and deep fry the doughnuts on slow flame until golden brown color (turn the doughnut time to time).
step 5: Take out the doughnut and put it in the sugar and cinnamon mix and apply mixture on both sides and serve hot and fresh doughnuts

For chocolate glazing: Put a pan with ¾ water on medium or low flame and place a bowl on the pan and add chocolate in it and melt it properly. Now take off bowl from flame and dip one side of doughnut in chocolate and take it out and place it on tray. And serve.
You can use any chocolate white or brown.
