Ingredients:

  1.  Chana daal: 1 cup,
  2.  Rajma: 1 cup (soaked overnight),
  3.  Black gram daal(whole urad dal): 1 cup (soaked overnight),
  4.  Oil: 1 tsp,
  5.  Red chilli: 3-5,       
  6.  Bay leaves: 2,
  7.  Onion: 1 chopped,
  8.  Salt to taste,
  9.  Ginger(grated) garlic slices,
  10.  Chilli powder: 1 tsp,
  11.  Tomatoes: ½ cup chopped,
  12.  Coriander powder: 1 tsp,
  13.  Cumin powder: 1 tsp,
  14.  Kasoori methi: ½ tsp,
  15.  Garam masala: 1 tsp,
  16.  Butter: 2 tsp.
note: boil all the three daals(rajma, black gram daal, chana daal) in a pressure cooker for 7 to 8 vessels.

Method:

step 1: Heat oil in a pan add red chilli, bay leaves, cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt and cook onion till golden brown color. Now, add garlic and ginger, chilli powder, tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook till tomatoes are tender.
step 2: Now, add kasoori methi, garam masala, rajma, black gram daal, chana daal , add some water and cook it for 3-5 minutes. Then add butter in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes. And serve.
