Crispy potato wedges

Crispy Potato Wedges:
Ingredients:

  1.  Potato: 6,
  2.  Oil to fry,
  3.  Sugar: 1 cup,
  4.  Lemon grass chopped: 1 tspn,   
  5.  Red chilli paste: 2 tspn,
  6.  Red chilli flakes: 1 tspn,
  7.  Garlic chopped: 1 tspn,
  8.  Salt to taste,
  9.  Rice flour: ½ cup,
  10.  Corn flour: ½ cup,
  11.  Lemon juice: ½ tsp,
  12.  Sesame seeds: 1 tspn.
 Method:
step 1:For dipping sauce: Heat little water in a pan add sugar, chopped garlic, chopped lemon grass, mix it and let the sugar melt. Then add chilly paste, chilly flakes and lemon juice in it and mix it well and turn the flame off. And sauce is ready.
step 2: For potato wedges: Cut the potatoes in shape and boil them as french fries. 
step 3: Take a bowl add rice flour and corn flour , add sesame seeds, salt, red chilli paste, red chilli flakes and add water to make a thick paste.
step 4: Add potatoes in the paste and mix it well.
step 5: Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till golden brown.  Crispy wedges are ready serve them with sauce.
