Bhakarwadi (indian snack)
Ingredients:

  1.  Basen (chick pea flour): 2 cups,
  2.  Whole wheat flour: 1 cup,         
  3.  Hing pinch,
  4.  Turmeric powder pinch,
  5.  Salt: 1½ tspn,
  6.  Cumin seeds: 1 tspn,
  7.  Pepper corns: ½ tspn,
  8. Sesame seeds: 1 tspn,
  9.  Coriander seeds: 1 tspn,
  10.  Fennel seeds: 1 tspn,
  11.  Poppy seeds: 1 tspn,
  12.  Sugar: ½ tspn,
  13.  Coconut: 1tspn,
  14.  Amchur powder: ½ tspn,
  15.  Oil for deep fry,
  16.  Red chilli powder pinch.
Method:
step 1: Take a bowl, add basen, wheat flour, oil, hing, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix it properly(mix oil properly in it)(keep little mixture aside like 1-2 tspn to mix in filling). Now, add water in this mixture and prepare a stiff dough, rest it for 10 minutes.
step 2: Blend, add fennel seeds, sugar, poppy seeds, coconut, coriander seeds, sesame seeds, pepper corns, cumin seeds, hing, chilli powder and blend all this together, make a powder. Take out this powder in a bowl and add amchur powder and some besan mixture in it and mix it properly. 
step 3: Roll the dough in a thin sheet and spread filling(step 2) on top. Now, roll the dough sheet tight and apply water on the edge to seal it and rest it for 3-4 mintues. Cut them into roundels 
step 4: Deep fry them. Then, take them out and serve.
