Dahi Bhalle:
Ingredients:

- Black gram(urad dal): 1 cup (soaked overnight),
- Salt: ½ teaspoon,
- Oil: to fry,
For curd:
- Curd: 3-4 cups,
- Sugar: ¼ cup,
- Salt:½ teaspoon,
- Rock salt: 1 teaspoon,
- Green chutney: as required, (click for recipe→ green-chutney )
- Tamarind chutney: as required, (click for recipe→ tamarind-chutney )
- Roasted cumin seed powder: as required,
- Chat masala: as required,
- Salt: as required,
- Red chilli powder: as required.
Method:
Step 1: Rinse black gram(urad dal) and grind it well. Add little water to grind dal well.
Step 2: Now, transfer dal in a bowl and add salt in it. Whisk it for 5-7 minutes to make it soft .
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and fry bhalle on low flame.
Step 4: Take a water in a bowl and add fried bhalle in it.
Step 5: Take a big bowl add curd, salt, rock salt in it and whisk it well.
Step 6: Squeeze bhalle to remove water and place them in a bowl.
Step 7: Now, place 3-4 bhalle in a serving bowl and add curd(4-5 teaspoon) in it. Add a teaspoon of green chutney and 2 teaspoon of tamarind chutney. Sprinkle chat masala, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seed powder and salt on it.
Dahi bhalle are ready to serve.
