Shahi paneer

Ingredients:
  1.  Paneer(cottage cheese) (diced),
  2.  Tomato: 2-3(chopped),
  3.  Onion: 1(chopped),
  4.   Green coriander: 2-3 spoon (chopped),      
  5.  Milk cream (or malai): ½ cup,                  
  6.  Oil: 2-3 spoon,
  7.  Salt to taste,                                         
  8.  Red chilli powder: ½ spn,
  9.  Turmeric powder: ½ spn, 
  10.  Green chilli: 2(chopped),
  11.  Coriander powder: ½ spn,
  12.  Dry mango powder (amchur): ½ spn,
  13.  Asafoetida (hing): a pinch,
  14.  Cumin seeds: ½ spn,
  15.  Ginger-garlic paste: 1 spn, 
  16.   Garam masala: ½ spn, 
  17.   Shahi paneer masala: ½ spn.
Method:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds in it. Now add onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and cook it. Cook for about 5 minutes or till cooked and turn off the flame. Allow it to cool.  Transfer this mixture in a grinder and grind it properly. 
Step 2: Again turn on the flame and transfer mixture(step1) in pan. Cook it for a minute or two and add red chilli powder, dry mango powder, asafoetida, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, shahi paneer masala and mix it well. Add milk cream in it and cover it with lid and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes(add water in it if needed to make it little thin).
Step 3: Add paneer it in and cook it. Now add green coriander leaves and cover it with lid and cook it for about 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame and mushroom curry is ready to serve.
Add spices according to your taste. Never forget to add 2 special ingredients in your dish "Love and Positive thoughts" for better taste.
