Vegetable fried rice

Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:

  1.  3 cup cooked(boiled) rice,
  2.  2 medium onions, finely chopped,
  3.  12-15 french beans, chopped,
  4.  1 medium carrot, finely chopped,
  5.  1 medium green capsicum, finely chopped,
  6.  ¼ medium cabbage, chopped,        
  7.  4 tablespoon oil,
  8.  Salt to taste,
  9.  ½ teaspoon white pepper powder,
  10.  1 teaspoon soy sauce,
  11.  ½ tablespoon vinegar,
  12.  1 stalk spring green onion.
Method:
step 1: Heat oil in a wok. Add all the vegetables in it. Stir-fry for 2 minutes
step 2: Add salt, white pepper powder and soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
step 3: Add boiled rice in it .Add vinegar in it and stir it continuously for 1 minute.
step 4: Garnish with spring green onions and serve hot.
How to boil rice: Put a pan on flame add water in it add rice in it and boil until it cook. Drain water . Don't overcook rice, otherwise rice will break.
