Masala Bread Rolls

Masala Bread Rolls:
Ingredients:

  1.  Water: 125 ml,                   
  2.  Salt: 5 grms,
  3.  Sugar: 15 grms,
  4.  Yeast: 5 grms,
  5.  Refined flour: 250 grms,
  6.  Cumin seeds: 1tsp,
  7.  Chilli flakes: 1 tsp or as per taste,
  8.  Green chilli: 1,
  9.  Chopped coriander leaves,
  10.  Butter: 15 grms.
Method:
step 1:  Take a bowl and mix water, salt, sugar, yeast, refined flour, cumin seeds, chilli flex, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves in it. Mix it properly and make a dough.
step 2:  Rest it for 5 minutes with wet cloth , after 5 minutes add butter in it and knit it well for about 3-4 minutes. Take a wet cloth and again cover it for 30 minutes.
step 3:  Now punch and knit the dough so that it becomes soft and rest it for 20 minutes.
step 4:  Now stretch the dough and cut it in equal small parts and make a round shape. Put it in mould. Rest it for 15 minutes and give a water wash. 
step 5:  Preheat microwave at 200° C. Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes.(when rolls will be ready will turn in lil brown color)
step 6:  Take out the rolls and apply butter on the rolls  it will give shine.
